As a passionate seafarer, environmentalist and changemaker, Keara McLaughlin oversees the governance and compliance of the Captain Paul Watson Foundation. Keara combines her political and legal background to ensure the success of campaigns, compliance with state, federal and international bodies and the continuance of the defense of our oceans following the mission of the CPWF and Neptune’s Navy.
