Michelle’s love of oceans, whales & dolphins began at a very early age, she has spent decades volunteering for wildlife organizations, animal rights groups & involved with several ocean conservation orgs. Her work with Captain Paul Watson primarily focused on the needs to protect the wild salmon populations on the Columbia River & in do so ensuring the survival of the remaining 72 Southern Resident Orcas that live off the coast of the Pacific Northwest. Michelle is thrilled to have launched the Captain Paul Watson Foundation chapter for the state of Oregon & can’t wait to get started on the many projects she has planned to support & save the many marine animals that are in such dire need of our commitment & assistance.
